8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That any creator identified by our system will experience future growth

Prediction scores are analytical estimates based on historical data and should not be considered financial advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starlytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
